LOS ANGELES – March 31, 2011 — International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a wholly owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG), announced today the commitment for $1.3 billion of a secured term loan with a group of 15 banks from Europe, Asia and North America. The company also has the right to upsize the transaction by $200 million in commitments from additional lenders.
