While the 777-300ER started off its first four years with 76 firm orders from eight customers, the oft-touted rival in the Airbus A350-1000 has secured 75 orders from four customers.
Six years on from that, the 777-300ER has notched up some 445 gross orders from around 35 customers while the A350-1000 has gone some 30 months without an order, the last coming from Asiana Airlines.
