Los Angeles, CA, January 21, 2011 — International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG), announced today that it entered into 56 leases in the fourth quarter of 2010. ILFC secured a total of 259 lease commitments over the course of the entire year.
