EVERETT, Wash., Dec. 10, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Boeing (NYSE: BA) and Air France celebrated on Wednesday the 200th direct delivery of a Boeing jetliner – a 777-300ER (extended range) – to the Paris-based carrier.
