Did Boeing scapegoat Rolls-Royce for 787 delay?

Boeing has made Rolls-Royce into a scapegoat for its latest 787 Dreamliner delay and has lost a serious amount of credibility, according to a new AirInsight post.

I can't speak as certainly as AirInsight, the joint home of analysts Ernie Arvai, Scott Hamilton and Addison Schonland.
