Frontier Airlines Announces Fleet Optimization Plan for 2011

DENVER, July 01, 2010 - Frontier Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: RJET), today announced it will be making changes to its fleet that continue its strategy of operating the most cost-effective aircraft.

Effective in September 2010, the Company will remove four 120-seat Airbus 318s and one 76-seat Embraer 170 aircraft from scheduled service. Three of these aircraft have been sold to third parties and two will be returned to their lessors.
