Boeing 747 lands at Cotswold Airport to be recycled

The largest ever aircraft to touch down at Cotswold Airport has arrived this week. The Boeing 747-400 landed on Tuesday, 20 July, 2010 and will now be recycled by airport-based Air Salvage International. It is also the first in the Boeing 747-400 series to be retired from service.
