Aircastle Announces Pricing of Private Placement of $300 Million Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Unsecured Notes due 2018

Aircastle Limited (NYSE: AYR) ("Aircastle") announced today the pricing of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 9.75% senior unsecured notes due 2018. The notes will be issued at 98.645% of par. The notes will be offered only to qualified institutional buyers and outside the United States in accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S, respectively, under the Securities Act of 1933.
