Hawaiian Airlines (NASDAQ:HA) announced on Wednesday that it has taken delivery of the first of up to 27 new wide-body Airbus aircraft.
The 294-seat Airbus A330-200 was received by Hawaiian Airlines in a formal acceptance ceremony at the Airbus factory in Toulouse, France.
The aircraft is scheduled to arrive at Honolulu International Airport on 3 May, following which it will undergo the preparations necessary to start service on the Honolulu-Los Angeles route in early June.
